The commute to Seattle/Bellevue (30 minutes non-peak) is certainly shorter than from Tacoma, which is now running out of fixer properties and seeing rent price explosions.You can tell a lot about comparative growth rates by seeing what the market value growth is in each county.

Not to mention Denver real estate is sky rocketing so I can either be making money on an appreciating home or just keep renting at high prices.Really tough decision but I'm leaning towards buying a home here in the Denver area and if I move rent it out and get a home in San Diego.Any advice/insight would be MUCH appreciated!

Because around here (Seattle / Tacoma / Bellevue area), I'm not coming across a whole lot of vacant houses, and I'd like to start casting a wider net.I've been test driving the Property Radar app on the three-day trial (which is awesome, by the way, and I will be continuing the subscription), so it's fairly easy for me to see what kind of equity, etc. is in a house while I'm driving past it.
