Based on my experience, you either pay some more but get a high-quality service, or you have really raw but cheap software.

If it is decent quality then I would keep the carpet in place and see how it wears.

If you see multiple posts a day, it's definitely worth speaking up about like @Nathan Gesner mentioned.At the end of the day, these "trolls, the cut and pasters, and AI posters" don't win in the long term....All sites or groups that grow experience the same issues with moderation (see Facebook groups), but VAs can't moderate because they are doing a letter of the law thing and not reading these garbage posts for what they are - spam, AI, number puffing, and cut and pasting, self-promo.

@Luis Maza Just like there are quality contractors out there and those that are not, the same applies to wholesalers.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

I just had to fight tooth and nail to close a VA condo purchase for a client with a POA that was actually fairly well run, relatively speaking.

You will need to speak to a CPA and an Attorney to see what work best for you.

If you want to try lending and do some buy&hold, then 1) find an experienced HML/Agency and lend through them a few times (they should be able to get you a decent return even after fees) & 2) leverage an experienced syndicator and join their deal as a passive investor - you can always learn about syndication through this "back" door if you will, while making some passive income and enjoying tax benefits of buy&hold investing.If you'd like to speak about it further feel free to PM me.Good luck!

That is when they can get cocky and that is even worse than someone who doesn't think any of that but reacts and is ready without being overconfident.I have actually been attacked in the past so can speak from experience.
