A bunch of folks will need to develop new skills and find new jobs.The optimists look to the past and claim that any time new technology has eliminated jobs, new ones are created and displaced workers take those.  

My question is does anyone have any technology or suggestions to make this process more efficent? 

There is an incredible amount of technology available nowadays.

Probably not going to get the same appreciation that you may get in Denver but I think businesses are going to start moving to secondary markets as technology makes their operations more mobile and they realize it's cheaper to do business in smaller markets.

Personally, I love the intricate details and quaint ornaments that were an integral part in the construction in the 1900's, however, I'm not particularly fond of the fact that the technology utilized in these apartments don't quite cut it now-a-days. 

Ignore this technological innovation at your peril my friend.

While I can see that some will not be comfortable with this kind of technology, I'm willing to try this the next time I have to fill tenants.   

Consider what works for unbanked tenants who can send money orders or for older or non-technology types.  

I did a quick search on my phone for "Kilz vs BIN" (gotta love technology these days) and many of the reviews from painting pros all said that Kilz would probably work on nicotine but BIN would definitely work.

No clients, no training, no BP, and the technology was not as good as today.
