Nothing could be farther from the truth.i say put them in their place gently and carry a big stick lol.we all face the difficulties of being taken seriously.

They make great tenants as they gently use the property since they're basically living at the hospital.

He/She will go though all the hoops to get a tenant occupying they new building for the amount they need to fulfill their obligation (1st month free, 3 month free, no charge for pets, Give you a foot massage, whatever) Now guess what happen next door in the 5-10 years old apartment building, they now feel they can raise their rent too.

While in school, my wife and I have built a very successful spa/wellness center, developed a residential laundry service with laundromat, and recently opened a massage school.

These minor issues can include gently worn carpets, loose door handles, fading wall paint and flooring, stained bath fixtures, lightly scratched glass, and dirty grout.
