I think that's one of the reasons that I didn't post very much on BIggerPockets, it's because I was just trying to keep my head above water.But now it's 2025 and things are stabilizing and I have a much more positive outlook on the future.Let me know if any of you had a couple of difficult years recently and how you were able to turn it around if you did.

In fact I had one done that size over the summer from some real slobs who moved out, and it required an inordinate amount of deep cleaning including almost one full day just on the filth of the kitchen floors, and it was $400.

This is a the perfect vehicle to use for short term like buying a property with cash, then refinancing the property to pay the line of credit back in full, and use it again.
