The other day I gutted the sink and garbage disposal to get to a clogged drain - what could have cost $100 and time scheduling appointments and 24 hour notice - I just fixed it with about 45 minutes of work and it was no big deal - plus i got the satisfaction of knowing I didn't need to call anyone to do it for me.

From what I find online the cost is basically $10-$15 for asbestos remediation per square foot and lead-based paint for mediation is about the same per SF to fully remove and dispose professionally.I can go ahead and assume that my painting budget as well as my roof budget will DOUBLE with asbestos and lead based paint correct?

The relative wants nothing to do with it but...there it is.The FIRST thing a person thinks about may be going online but they're going to be looking for an attorney, not a person advertising that they buy houses.Most people are absolutely in the dark about how to deal with probate and how to legally dispose of the real estate they've inherited.

What you point out makes sense to me; consumer lenders cater to the demographic segment that has zero disposable income and is all the sudden facing higher prices for gas, groceries and rent!
