Writing to see opinions/options on bookkeeping software and for those using Quickbooks the consensus between desktop and online (and then in online which tier seems best).

Just thought I'd let you know PC is OPEN for LTR and STR business here, and the market is heating up, especially as people get insurance money. 

Please note our forum rules (found on the right hand side on desktop) as you engage with one another.

I use QB Desktop and track my properties using Classes, but I don't want to have to jump between many separate QB companies to maintain my books.

It shows over 60 people in my area but when I select next page nothing happens on a PC or other devices.

Are you guys accessing the blog with laptop or desktop on the main website and via the mobile app?

Hi William,I actually had a talk about this with several investors at Pint and Properties meet up yesterday.A lot of us felt we had a better user experience when using the app and it is a little more difficult to use the site, communicate with other when we are on the go.The browser is great when I am on my PC but when I am away from my computer it is not ideal.I am happy to go more in depth and if you would like that just shoot me a DM!

I’ve found a reputable credit union that can do desktop appraisal for under 150k loan amount which we’d fit into and 100% cltv and they can do up to 15 year term.

He said yep he got it and he'd stay PC.
