The whole point of Airbnb/VRBO is regular people are supposed to be able to rent their places, and those people make mistakes (especially on VRBO's garbage website).

I have looked at many of the website like buildium and appfolio I don't know if I really need that much detail maybe just a nice excel document.

At the end of the day, no system, forum, group, website or coach will do the work for someone, they have to make a choice and take individual responsibility to take action and make it happen. 

And Name the property with a custom website like LasVegasFarmhouse.com or something - When people start to tag your property's backyard on IG, because it has it's own page that you put up a flyer in the unit to notify them. this is free marketing and word of mouth that will drive in new revenue. 

I went on the Thumbtack website  and it mostly seemed to cover home repairs. 

But, looking at the website just now, it looks like they are still running things.

Their website is fancy, presentation professional, and history of “past deals” and activity looks compelling.
