The other option is to mail them a postcard or Yellow letter. 

My wife and I wrote 500 yellow letters by hand and I created a cheap website on Wix and started a Google Adwords campaign to drive traffic to it.  

Also the letter is on yellow legal pad, in an invitation envelope, so they will at least open it.

Over the past two years I have seen this Yellow Letter thing going around.

I recently received an inquiry into a yellow letter I had sent.

Yellow letters created a fantastic platform that made sending direct mail easy.

To those who have had success with yellow letters...From what company did you purchase your list?

I have pulled all of the Absentee Owners for the area by zipcode and I am finishing up my second round of yellow letters with the last batch of letters going out tommorow.

You locate a property and can take a picture of it, add it to your 'Portfolio', and then pick a Yellow Letter backend that will send a mailer to that property as well as get them on a reoccurring postcard mailer.
