As a buyer/investor you can blow as hard as you want trying to educate the guilty parties, but at the end of the day... you'll just be blue in the face and their rose colored glasses will continue tinting their outlook.

Not defending either market over the other just point out they are different,Hi Brock,Thanks for your post.As the saying goes "There are many ways to skin a cat" hahaJust as an FYI, that the gross rent on a $60,000 duplex in Ohio would be around $1,000 - $1,200pm making it $5,000+ in monthly rent if 5 where taken into consideration.Also, $60,000 would buy turnkey and decent B class blue collar area.Thanks for reading and have a great day.

@Jason MunckWhen I receive a colleague request w/o a letter of introduction (PM of introduction) or it I receive one out of the blue from someone with whom I've had no interaction, I will typically "let it hang" until I learn more about the individual and why they were reaching out.Surprisingly I receive colleague requests from folks who have never participated on the site (0 posts to the forums or blogs), which frequently arrive with no introduction or explanation of the reason for reaching out.
