It is one thing if you have a building inspection which uncovers something major and return to negotiate a remedy, it is quite another to put pressure to lower the price simply because you offered an amount over your comfort threshold.

Section 8 is not such a bad thing, yes it has flaws just like non section 8, and as far as the tenants, tenants mess up non section 8 just as section 8, the key is screen your tenants, just because we on section 8 doesn't mean we're just mess ups, section 8 is needed for low income ppl and elders,
