If I'm going to vacation at the beach, I'm going to the beach, not 25 miles...UNLESS there is a separate reason why I'm visiting the area and going to the beach is one our tourist attractions. 2.

If your focus is on Airbnb I think the tourist areas of Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge would be worth a look! 

Hello,I own some property close to a very popular national park and it is also very close to a small tourist town that is near this national park.

Looking in California next and possibly Florida, Hawaii and other tourist destinations.

Spain received last year in 2016 over 70M tourists for the whole country.

The property is located about 30 minutes out the door and through the gate to a popular tourist mountain town. 2200 square feet, built in the late 90’s.I’m not sure why it happened, but when I purchased the land, I purchased the ownership and rights to the well that supplies the house.

Currently Im not interested in renting it out however I may in the future partner with a local vacation rental company that handles all bookings, cleaning and marketing to local and foreign tourist for a cut of the proceeds.

Are there companies locally that provide those services (similar to what you would find in a tourist locale with greater #s of vacation rentals?
