It is truly a relief to see so many people in the BiggerPockets community recognize the importance of integrity and honesty, to see that it's not a bad thing to hold onto that which defines me, that framework in myself that helps make decisions while being true to myself.

I'm writing this post to give some type of relief as well as a  road map to those getting started in the business of real estate to look back on and relate to others on their first steps towards financial independence.

It's a tremendous opportunity but I think the only activity in Real Estate that comes with more risk than this, is doing brand new construction so the pool of banks interested in this kind of opportunity will be small, even before asking for all the payment relief.
