I have been a software developer for the last 4 years and really want to integrate the use of technology into my real estate career.

I am not saying there won't be changes in fee structures as technology automates more.

With coronavirus situation all schools are currently out for at least a few more weeks and I have time to consider other use-cases for our technology.

However, I am looking for different ways to verify my data via technology.

Definitely,  @Jon Huber I have been reading up as much as I can understand, and I will start the podcasts once I fix my obsolete technology.

A bunch of folks will need to develop new skills and find new jobs.The optimists look to the past and claim that any time new technology has eliminated jobs, new ones are created and displaced workers take those.  

My question is does anyone have any technology or suggestions to make this process more efficent? 

There is an incredible amount of technology available nowadays.

Probably not going to get the same appreciation that you may get in Denver but I think businesses are going to start moving to secondary markets as technology makes their operations more mobile and they realize it's cheaper to do business in smaller markets.

Personally, I love the intricate details and quaint ornaments that were an integral part in the construction in the 1900's, however, I'm not particularly fond of the fact that the technology utilized in these apartments don't quite cut it now-a-days.
