If you are tech savvy you could create a form letter with your own handwriting, here is the old thread where I had initially seen it: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/87/topics/453...I have spoken to many people who see right through the fake handwriting and yet they still call.

There is a pretty big QB learning curve and their tech support really suck (1 hour plus hold times) but I think it was worth it for ease of tax prep and vendor payment

There are great business forums out there but they are industry specific.Mechanical engineers and fast food franchise owners and medical techs rarely talk to each other or have much in common.Try using www.DogPile.com search engine.

I currently work at GTRI (Georgia Tech Research Institute) and I want to do well in my work there so its sort of a  juggle of pushing toward my engineering career and my real estate career at the same time so really focusing on one thing will be a big help.As for now I'm focusing on getting through this pre-licensure course.
