You will get some traction but you would get much more advertising it on Craigslist and Facebook.It makes no sense to not take advantage of the VRBO platform.We just got another booking for next year, VRBO.

DM me for links to some Facebook groups that tenants and landlords use to find or advertise properties.

Big difference because properties listed in the MLS are syndicated to the top websites.Keep in mind if you advertise to investors, then they are paying investor prices.

Depends upon if you're going it alone, what type of deals are you targeting, do you have someone who can qualify for debt, are you going to keep your job while investing in real estate, how long can you go before taking a paycheck from the business.These are just some of the questions you need to answer.
