What do you suggest?

If anyone has any advice or recommendations on how you would get started in real estate if you were in my shoes please let me know any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It all depends where your current balance stands.  

Broadstreet Private Equity.They have several offerings including an infrastructure fund where they develop subdivisions for major national home builders in the Carolinas and Georgia.They also have started a store n lock fund in partnership with Public Storage , a cryto mining fund and I think a restaurant fund.I am primarily interested in the infrastructure and store n lock funds.Also, does anyone have any suggestions on back ground check services?

If that's the case I would strongly suggest building your team before pulling the trigger on an Airbnb.

DSCR loans carry Prepayment Penalties, so unless you are comfortable staying in a 9%+ rate for 5 years, I would suggest just going with a normal 20% down DSCR.

Given this is first investment, I would like to keep it local.Any suggestions on neighborhood with good rental cash flow in Middlesex county ?

I would suggest research areas in Alabama that you'd like to invest in.
