The final pro for Omaha that I'll list, is that our Airfield (Eppley) is now in the process of adding an international expansion-- making it an even more attractive place to be that is centrally located, affordable, and primed for continued growth!

If you find a property to invest in, the PM can verify if it's a good location/property, how much it will rent for, etc.

I am also located in Fort Worth.

I am hesitant because the first property is located where all the Olympics and World Cup activity will be in the coming years and the interest rate is so fantastic.

Days wind down and now they have a (knee jerk) reaction and buy something non-optimal for a property just to avoid tax penalties.Had they been realistic starting out they would have had time to locate quality properties to buy instead of looking for a Unicorn.

If not and you are licensed in the state where the property is located - Why not self-represent?!?!?!

Also showing them how to do it and where its all located during move in walk through and it being on the move in check list that everyone signs.   

Not to provide TMI, it's a very very good location of Austin-- slightly West and it was priced north of a million, quite a bit more.
