Flipping mobile homes in Austin- Calculating ARV
Hey everyone! First post on here. Was wondering if anyone is fixing and flipping mobile homes in the Austin area? I am super attracted to the idea because I love to fix and flip, and the emount of money to get started is so much less.
I am having trouble though with ARV. I see similar mobile homes being sold for wildly different prices. I am specifically looking at a 1985 Connor Industries home. Anyone know what this could be worth with a simple cosmetic renovation? (located in Killeen)
