You can host the desktop version or as you carry your laptop with you sync your files anytime and anywhere.If you have multiple EIN and have multiple QBO subscriptions take advantage of the Perks for everything QuickBooks. 

Hi Gil,Since I don't have access to their API(they need to vet and require subscription), I can't tell you much.  

I am interested in becoming a real estate investor and though I have limited funds,I am thinking of purchasing the bigger pockets annual pro subscription.

I'm not sure if you use Co-Star, but the a local subscription to that service is $650/mo or more. 

Well worth the annual subscription fee.

Also, while a license does help as an investor, it also brings additional risk to a transaction if you are going to be the agent in a personal transaction, not to mention a license & the subscriptions/insurances that come with it will run you probably $1-2K per year.

I also have used probatedaily which is a list subscription for preforeclosures and probates/pre-probates.

Has anyone heard of housingalerts.com and Ken Wade and/or might be interested in pooling funds for a subscription?
