Haul away things - Let it be know that the area is not a safe zone.Keep the the area as groomed.I finally got rid of my campers by 1) telling them about organizations that could help them, and then 2) telling them I was spraying moose urine down to keep them away.Hope that helps.

If you are using closed/open cell spray foam, you need to make certain the bricks are able to breath and dry - otherwise they will spall - so normally you do not want to apply the foam directly to the brick.If the building is structural brick, then there may be an internal framing for walls, but more likely there will be furring strips attached directly to the brick.

Lavatories, buy a good wrist blade faucet and separately get a 0.5 gpm aerator.Kitchen sink, get a good wrist blade faucet without spray and get a 1.0 gpm aerator.Faucets, ceramic cartridges are great.

You can spray surfaces with mold paint or concentrated hydrogen peroxide before replacing the materials removed.
