This question is for those of you who has experience in total gut and turn key on brick duplexes for long term rent. 3 brick duplexes purchase price $25k each. Average monthly income for 2Br. 1Ba. is $ 550.00. How much would each duplex cost to renovate. I'm just looking for some feed back. We have purchase several properties and rehabbed with lot of equity. All are rented and all are SFR, but this deal were presented to us recently. There are a total of 8 duplexes all in a good rental location ,only 3 need about 50%-70% gut. This will be our first Brick duplex to rehab for long term investment . Thanks
