Outdoor destinations and national parks will be more appealing than a trip to a vast city with tickets to a sporting or concert event.

Saying wholesaling is real estate investment is akin to saying that paying vig on a sports bet makes you an athlete.

RE is definitely a team sport and you have lots of great options here.

Perhaps too it is an unwitting experiment that will test if the public at large will accept paying the same hourly rate for the education without the expenses of classroom space, utilities, sports, student life, etc. 

It may be worth it for appreciation, but remember back in 2006 when LA real estate was a sport, but then dropped 30%?

For example: Necessities - Mortgage, Insurance, Gas, etc; Play - Dining Out, Entertainment, Concerts/Sporting Events, etc; Investments - Property Purchas Fund, Whole Life Policy, Stocks, etc. 

If one needs an expensive hobby, have kids play a sport/dance, buy a horse, or a dirt track race car. 

& football is a sport that you really only get to really do when you're younger. don't see many 50 year old guys putting on the pads.

The new e-sports arena might flourish....then again, it is a physical place and not a virtual place....so I'm not sure.
