With the influx of this money, combined with the fact that they are not looking for the best yield, but rather as a protection of their capital, as they do not trust their own financial system or government, we see a higher demand, thus pushing cap rates lower on MFH.Also a rising interest rate environment can create a short term spike in demand, as buyers rush to lock in low rates.
