The title/escrow folks you use will do this for you.If you do not have "title/escrow folks," call your Realtor or LO that you've done business with in the past, put the request through them.

Your LO should be happy to do a side-by-side with you.

@Greg GalustianLoanDepot has a strong rehab loan division ... just make certain your LO knows what they are doing. 

Latest one is basically a 4 month LO. 

LO's are great, if you do them correctly. 

@Patrick Flanagan good thing you didn't jump into the first property with guidance from your "mentor", only to find out that you can't move on to property #2 in a year (unless you have a 20% down payment to go Conventional).Please start with an investor-friendly LO, who is experienced, and truly knows their stuff. 

But then comes the part that separates 99% of LO's from the 1% that you want to be working with. 

As a LO it takes me about 30 seconds to make that change.
