One of the things is a "rotating foundation" that a lot of architects and contractors have looked at but said they have seen worse, but we would like to protect our house as well as take advantage of the seismic retrofit refund (we also have a roof that hasn't been replaced in 20 years, and would love to do our kitchen but are willing to put that off for later). 

After years of listening to the hype and wasting there time and money they ended up with nothing but strained relationships and empty pockets.

A lot of young professionals participate in a 2 year rotation with Hyundai (I believe Google and Toyota are going to be in the area soon)  live in these areas and basically the company pays the rent. 

Just wanted to bump this back into rotation.

A locksmith set me up with 5 different locks that I can rotate and my master key will open all of them so I only have 1 key on my keyring that opens all properties without searching for the right key.

The constant strain on my bank account has stimulated my mind to create new and more income which got me out of a day job and now owning +40 units....Franklin

Is it worth the time, risk, and strain on your health to get there?

Day job with rotating shifts doesn't allow time to tend to the needs of tenants.

She's actually very experienced (in the business since the early 70's, trained the former PM whom I liked very much).

I keep a rotation of 5 lock sets and just swap them after each tenant.
