Hi guys!  Can you give me some insight?I inherited a rental a few years ago, so the ROI is infinity (!)  i have the opportunity to turn a garage into another unit, but I'm not sure if this is the best plan from an ROI...

When I started I did not care one bit about Net Worth as I wanted cash flow Properties and the more the better.Now clearly my plan at the beginning worked out just fine but I could be in an even better spot if I didn’t waste extra cash on a remodel that could have been another unit.

I work in renovation sales: primarily kitchen and bathroom renovations, so I meet with many individuals who are looking to put their home up for sale in the near future.From my understanding, there is no such thing as a 100% ROI for remodeling.

Neighbor sharing the wall did a remodel of bathroom and kitchen (both along the wall) without the HOA knowledge/approval.

I have had to re-think this leaving the 9-5 for full time REI, I mean I could be remodeling rentals all day long, but that's trading one job for another.  

We remodeled the home we currently live in and are nearly done.

I want someone who knows the market, and is willing to give their inputOur old realtor would walk a house and say yes or no, IE should would talk us out of properties she didn't like either the neighborhood or the value/remodel cost.she had the eye of an investor, managed her own properties.

Sounds like the place already needs to be remodel.
