Both loan programs are great but each certainly have their own pros and cons, which really are tied to your credit profile and the property profile.

Which is why I am here :-) Side note* My profile says I just signed up but I've actually had an account here at BP since 2016 so I've been doing a lot of research.

The building is a majestic high-profile building about 30 minutes north of Portsmouth, NH and we see a great mixed-use community that will pull people from places like Dover, Somersworth, Rochester, the Maine Seacoast communities (Eliot, York, Kittery, Berwick, etc.), and all of the Lake Winnipesaukee communities, with artist lofts and commercial space for a restaurant or brew pub in an unsaturated market.

A quick Google search pulls up a nearly blank Facebook page and a LinkedIn profile as the owner of a development company, but very little there as well.
