Starting Investor In Western Massachusetts
Hello everyone!
I'm a motivated 26 year old who is looking to learn from people experiences and maybe find a local friend to talk real estate with! I have been interested in real estate for about 3 years now. I thought I wanted to do live in fix and flips so I bought my first foreclosed house back in 2015 and have been living in it as soon as it was habitable and slowly finishing it off (emphasis on slowly, my Dad warned me I would never get it finished once I moved in!) I have come to like the house since it was purchased for 50k the cheap mortgage has enticed me to stay. Which made me think of other ways to use real estate to become financially independent, which leads me to my next purchase...
I purchased another foreclosure property earlier this that didn't need as much as a rehab as my first and I am now renting that one out. Just received my first monthly check! If anyone is in the Franklin country area in Mass please reach out I would love to talk about investment opportunities, practice looking at housing deal, or other general advise of reaching financial independence.
Thank you all!
