Take lots of business cards and don't be afraid to talk with people. 

Edgar1: put a business card together...nothing fancy just have phone # and email address. 2:hop on MeetUp and attend as many meetings as possible 3: network, network, network.  

They were pretty reasonable compared to Post Card Mania which is an awesome company but found the same product for cheaper and locally.

For me, I had failed to make payments on a few credit cards and student loans.

Scott had mentioned Squarespace which seems to be a good platform to build what I would call a brochure site, similar to a flashy online business card.

It also tracks your expenses and income, either by snapping a picture of a receipt or by linking your bank information/credit cards and importing the data.

I do, however, put a business card in with my mailings, which has my PO Box. 

He could use that credit card to buy materials for another job.  

I use the mobile version to scan business cards and do light editing of essential data, then I can follow that up with detailed categorization on my computer.
