My wife & I both woke up, thinking it was an emergency, because frankly, you figure a 1:30 AM phone call on the home line is a family emergency.My wife didn't recognize the name on the caller ID so she clicked it off.

I wanna know if i have a team of college callers how can i get a client to work with remotely by hours rate ? 

It is an interesting means to screen agents and their overall disposition with callers to listings.

I have had the problem with listing agents not returning my calls ...They get lots of calls from "posers" rather than "closers", and from most phone calls it's hard to determine whether the caller is one or the other, so I guess they decide to not waste time.

I use Dynamic VA, they are cheap but not the best cold callers.

I got a few angry callers too asking me not to mail them anymore. 

You also have general practice, if not required in your state, that at the time of sale, the "caller" or "yeller" or the Trustee conducting the sale begins by giving notice verbally of know lien holders, be that so or not by calling the sale, they will announce the lien holder and the lien foreclosed upon.  

Im not a cold caller and have little time for this as I already run 2 small businesses.

For whatever reason we are now caller 'Governor'.

How do these callers have access to my information?
