Some people may look organized, collected & wholesome on social media, but behind closed doors they may be messy, negligent & not a great candidate.

Does it affect a private organization's internal rules?

A generation of “digital natives” (those who have grown up with technology and social media), Millennials are diverse, as well as the most educated generation up to this point.

The HOA was legally formed, but never organized.  

You can spend your days combing these forums, of course, and hoping you find what you need from an authoritative source....or, you can take classes from a syllabus where everything is organized into a logical sequence.PM me if you have interest in exploring this option.

If company is well organized, it has a regular schedule of communication,monthly reports, for instance.
