It's funny I see on Facebook people posting seminars for free in their town and and like blind squirrels trying to find a nut these people get all excited and worked up about it.

I truly didnt want to sell but the law changes were nuts.

I was wondering what cities are particularly fruitful?

With this approach you should yield some fruit. 

Great for rallying a lot of support, back slapping and atta' boys but, as a potential investor, I'd put a lot more stock in the operator that really dives into the nuts and bolts, pulls the veil back a little and gets ahead of my objections and concerns well before I think of them myself.  

Will they take it for granted when the gift basket of fruit arrives year after year, or the grocery store gift certificate is hand delivered every Thanksgiving?

Plus we fostered relationships that will be fruitful in the future as we grow and evolve.
