I am looking for a security system for a 10 unit apartment building to include tenant entry security, as well as, camera surveillance of the interior and exterior of the building.  

She put up game cameras to 'catch us' on her property and clearly and violently told us to stay off. 

They connect to most existing camera systems and get real time alerts when there is an event that triggers an alert and then takes the appropriates action (calls management or the police ) to ensue that the premises are always secure.

@Chris MackinlayI would have your plumber run a camera through the line to confirm what the issue is.  

Do you have any cameras at your property or a photo id?

In the past, I have noticed he was installing security cameras in the front door, on the window in the living room facing outside, and in the driveway.

I put solar on my hot tub, but had an old DVR camera system I am upgrading to the new ring style equipment. 

Do you have video cameras up in common areas or a vacant unit you could rent to a police officer? 

I don’t think it’s legal to place a camera inside...I am not sure what to do... any suggestions would be appreciated

I've asked the current tenant in question, and he swears up and down that he is living alone, despite the observations of the other more senior tenants living in the same building.I do have security cameras in place, but even those are inconclusive, as the tenants often remove the memory chips in them that record the activity.
