I am leaning toward equity just to get momentum and skin in the game.  

We lost some momentum once the duplex was rented. - The insurance company gave us a couple months to complete all the repairs before they would cancel the hazard insurance on the property.

There are bound to be many more questions should this gather momentum so I wanted to started the thread now.Thank you for those who can help and choose to.

Hi Everyone,My wife and I also live right outside of Orlando and are wanting to starting the STR business.Would love to connect with any one of you who are also in this market as it seems like there are some headwinds starting due to the current economic state, revenge travel normalizing and just over saturation of this market.If we enter this particular market, I'd love to do it with as much momentum as we can get so tips and pointers and other connections would be extremely helpful!

Hi Jemeil, we have a great Facebook community for multifamily investors and we do online and in person events around Dallas if you just search for "Momentum Multifamily".

I think with the Holiday season and busy lifestyles it will take a bit of time to gather momentum.

In "hot" markets, if things don't sell quickly they lose their momentum and people start saying "oh it must be a bad deal".

We are a new group and we have tremendous momentum.
