People who are not experience will misunderstand if we do not use the (legally) correct terms.With an option, the initial payment to start the option is not a down payment or deposit.

On the mortgage side once in a while a firm gets burned for advertising that a 7/1 ARM is "fixed" for 7 years, since a consumer could misunderstand that as meaning it's a fixed rate mortgage.I probably wouldn't be as concerned about including a picture that happens to show the ramp.
