We had a child care facility set on 8,000 Sq.

Unfortunately I was injured pretty badly and was medically retired from the military recently.

I am looking at properties near the Medical Center and Kirby/Montrose/Galleria areas.  

I currently live in Northeastern PA and am looking to buy a duplex in the area to rent to Medical students (maybe undergrads as well?)

They work on those large erections you see at a petrochemical refinery and associated nitrogen fertilizer facility. 

There is the Raiders practice facility, Costco, new shopping centers,etc.. and extension of Las Vegas Blvd going up nearby.. 

It has manufacturing facilities in two different states and it has contracts with big companies such as Menards, Lowes and Home Depot. 

Because of a surprise horror I encountered medically I became crippled about 7 year ago and i do not work or walk that occured when I was 54 and I've been bedridden ever since but I have been learning much on the Internet, 7 days a week, and read a book about every two weeks. 

(a) “Common Area Operating Expenses” are defined, for purposes of this Lease, as all costs incurred by Lessor relating to the ownership and operation of the Project, including, but not limited to, the following:(i) The operation, repair and maintenance, in neat, clean, good order and condition of the following:(aa) The Common Areas and Common Area improvements, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, parkways, walkways, driveways, landscaped areas, bumpers, irrigation systems, Common Area lighting facilities, fences and gates, elevators, roofs, and roof drainage systems.

If they can provide it and there are no other glowing red flags, sometimes it is worth giving them the chance.I have had applicants whose credit is bad due to medical bills resulting from an unexpected disease, surgery or hospital stay.
