If you dont get both parties in a marriage on the same page your not going to close the deal..

It was the best choice for me after my marriage ended.

I'm not talking about a wise business man, but the one trillion dollars of student loans going into default, the over leveraged social security that is running out quicker than being replenished, the families that are losing their homes and marriages in turn because of debt.

Wife is marriage family therapist... very expensive profession that doesn't pay well, that along with several years of deferring her loans without making payments, and pulling out personal loans to pay me rent when we first rented together (i was not aware of this...)

Ask the internet what you should do with 200 grand and you’ll get some answers and possibly a marriage proposal. 

I do so because I have seen lives changed, marriages saved, etc.

I am too new in this (About a year) - I'm sure it will happen.I do have a story similar to that of Harrison which almost cost me my marriage .

Getting a good/bad partner is a risk just like a marriage....frankly your odds are better in a business partnership.....
