The people who do this well, read the state and local statues and study how the rules of any given auction afffect their costs and returns.

Know them as well as your name.Many times, you can read all the statues for your state online.

The FL attorney mentioned may want to go re-read Title XL Chapter 689 of Florida statues.  

As mentioned above, looking through the Kentucky Statue KRS 383, I couldn't find anything regarding if I could or couldn't do this. 

The short of it, with us being illegal in fallowing the statue we are required by law to have the Utilities moved into our name and because of items that were stated in the MN Statute about what is stated in the lease, we are required to pay all of her gas/ Electric Utilities from the time the lease started until now.

I have a guy who said he would install a tile and level the floor simultaneously, like marble installation, one tile at a time.

They're out there because things really ARE going South.As a buy & hold investor, I wasn't about to volunteer for a vacancy problem, so grabbed my marble bag and ran home. 

Also, you can imagine that people are not looking for vinyl floors and marble countertops.
