Especially with not a lot of money for a down payment. It is a 1 bedroom stick built house (20k repairs needed)Also a double wide 3/2 manufactured home.It is located in the county, on a R5 plot of land.It is a great deal and I believe I can get it at a good price, but financing has been shot down by every lender I've checked with. The lenders don't like the difference with the stick built and mobile home on the same parcel.Possible options I can do for financing?
