@Brett Russell  I asked the lady working at the post office about it and she said she just started working there and was on her cell phone talking to someone while trying to help me. 

I am using my Galaxy cell phone and tablet when on BP.

He claims to go to any city and do deals with only a laptop and cell phone.Just wondering how it worked.Thanks

On howardforums.com which is a message board about cell phone carriers, phones etc.. you can do a search within each thread, which makes the search more detailed.... check it out if what I said doesn't make sense...

You can also check out Daily Journal Commerce Newspaper, djc.com.....they have an online subscription that lists probate, foreclosure, etc. for a fee or go to a local library and read it.
