We’re at November 25th and one of my 2 is late again and now applying for rental assistance for November and December rent because she can’t make ends meet.

Obviously, I need a job and want something in RE so that I'm in the loop & can learn from to apply my skills and experience towards REI. 

If three people are applying together, we don't process any of their applications until all three are complete.

Hey @Devon Moore not sure where or why you'd lean towards a land lease unless that's standard for this developer.In my experience its difficult to capitalize deals with ground leases involved.  

The property manager will be involved for years, and they want it to be something easy to manage.

While this is all good and fun, I understand that there is some criteria to meet when I eventually move out and have to apply for a rental license.
