I'm curious to hear people's thoughts on an arrangement for some potential partnerships.I have a number of personal friends who are independently wealthy and who have expressed interest in working together.

I know this type of property will help me build financial independence much quicker than SFH's, but I don't have the $ for the large down payments that these properties will require.
