The laws are the laws and those laws are supposed to protect employees rights for benefits for health insurance, retirement, injuries, retirement and to pay into our great government's socialist system where we freely contribute to the unfortunate homeless, welfare recipients and pay for tens of millions of Section 8 rents.

The prior owner was an idiot-- you really think someone is going to move and be homeless for $500? 

This situation can certainly expedite the process and potentially increase homelessness.

My other friend who lives in Austin bought his home less than a year before COVID and has seen his home jump almost $300k in value. 

My dream is to eventually have a nonprofit to help house the homeless and I figured I’d start by REI and eventually free up my time and focus so I can be with my family and get a nonprofit started.

If you pull it out of the economy all together crime will shoot through the roof, your homeless population will shoot through the roof and the situation becomes extremely dangerous.

Finding a bank that will give a mortgage on a home less than $100K 2. 5% down is usually for owner occupied homes, so if you are planning to owner occupy I can see you getting in for 5% down on one of the properties but if these purchases are purely rentals then most banks are going to require 25% down.  3.

We worked on getting one unit done at a time to get people in ASAP, as these young adults were homeless in the meantime.

Area is about a C and homes still being built but I’m just not sure if this home can be a rental property because of location close to business and right now there’s problems with homeless folks up and down the business sidewalks with RV.

The next item to happen as covid numbers improve is going to be protests to persons poverty and mass homelessness if moratorium is lifted.
