Based on what you are saying it causes me to question whether or not the end product has the value that you see in it.

@Gino Barbaro I have contacted a couple of mortgage brokers the only products they are offering are actually worst terms than commercial HELOC options with rates around 10.5, where with the residential I am currently getting right around prime rate.

Other ideas I've seen include taking white label products and putting your STR branding on them to sell.  

This loan product has a VA inspection during your appraisal (nothing scary).

If you are looking for a loan product without having to use your personal credit, then a DSCR loan option may be for you.

Smaller banks may have more flexibility for other products should you need them down the road. 

I’ve purchased 1930’s through 2010 built product and the older product always has more issues.

Tenant just moved out, cleaners found they used the wrong type of cleaning product on the stainless steel appliances, causing a permanent discoloration.

Just a piece of advice if you do elect to pull some cash out is to stay at 60% loan to value. 60% loan to value for most products will get you the best combo of rates/costs on the loan.
