Should landscapers for my rental properties be insured? 

*The cap ex is only so low because there is no garage, fireplace, pool, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, the windows are small and single pane, only one door per unit, no real landscaping to upkeep, they are entirely brick,  and there’s a metal roof.

Lots of makeshift storage on the lot (chicken coop, garden shed, etc).

The house needs some exterior work, namely a paint job, a new landing/walkway, have some pipes removed and hidden plus landscaping and tree removal.

im gonna guess this is very rural georgia...You can basically take their expenses and throw them in the trash....there not even paying general liability...which you pay for even if you don't have any parked owned homes....or at least you should buy it....No way in georgia that they don't do some landscaping??

I don't see any poison ivy on the side of our property that has tenants, but I'm not a professional landscaper.

From my experience: My partner and I paid a landscaper up front for the trees/shrubs/mulch he needed for us to plant and we never got them.

It was a eye opening moment.I have a background in single family home appraisals and my brother is a long time siding and windows salesman along with both of us having a background in landscape construction. 

What does the business and business development landscapes look like?
