I don't know about Texas but in North Carolina about 75% of the time you can find the LLC's owner name and home address by doing the following:Go to your secretary of state website (state not national)Look up the corporation nameAt least 75% of the time the LLC owner will register with themselves as the registered agent and their home address as the mailing address.If this doesn't work you're probably looking at more trouble than it is worth.

Another house in a D area, the local group of guys just decided to kick in my 6 ft security fence, no reason/logic, they were just mad because it added extra time and they couldn't cut through our yard.

I'm not an expert at this but something is off to me has anybody been told this as well.Thank you,Could be that the lender wants to avoid IRS/Treasury disclosure trouble for transactions over $10,000 (part of the know your customer rule).So as another poster said; when you say “cash” do you mean physical notes that we all carry around in our wallets?
