I researched various mentors and coaches, and eventually chose to work with one that was very hands-on and personally accessible to me.

My current main focus is to build out my network, put together a team, and eventually close on a deal for my first multi-family property within the next year.

I do want to manage it myself eventually, but we will have a realtor to list it.

I had a rental about 10 years ago that I eventually sold because I didn’t understand the game.

I took a HELOC on my primary residence for $200k.Used 35k down, 12k burned by a nefarious “contractor”, we eventually obtained a real contractor who did amazing work, got it rent ready and cost about roughly same amount as the first and finally got it rented.

Eventually it may be a good place to own for investment. 

I will eventually sell the property and hence want to preserve the tax benefit.

The concrete put an end to that nonsense, and when the bank eventually got the house back in foreclosure they paid to have it removed and hook water back up.

I hope to learn and grow and eventually be able to do this full time. 

I put 25% down, and at that time we were thinking to keep this as a vacation home where we plan to retire eventually.
