I've had older folks (elderly) who have always used cash get frustrated because they've lived 60 years with no financial problems but now can't find housing because there isn't a credit record.

None were listed for Anchorage though but if this is an elderly person they could have been receiving treatment out of state.  

Individual circumstances may be unique, the rules may vary from State to State, and anyone considering these matters should contact their own professional advisors, elder law attorney, and accountants before undertaking a similar transaction.  

But it seems strange that noting short of a tenants death can prevent you from recovering your property to for example - move in yourself/do a gut remodel/move your elderly mom in.....etc etcWho would buy Oakland rental property if the first time you rent it, you may never get possession of it again if your first tenant so wishes ?  

But, I've moved from Chicago to a small town so if I can help local people, especially when kids or elderly are around...I don't mind spending my time to do so.

I have found and elderly couple who wants to sell their mobile home park.

Only issue is with protected tenants (elderly, terminally ill etc).

I am guessing they are extremely attractive to elderly tenants.Here are the numbers.....Yearly Rental Income: $37.8k now with undermarket rents.  

We sometimes have applicants (e.g. the elderly) who do not have an email address.
