Yes this is time consuming but you want to become efficient with it. 

Now that I am thinking about it, that is probably not the most efficient method.

Do a great job at your real job still, but most people can be way more efficient than they are right now.

You can do flipping as a part-time but it will require a lot of work and a lot of your free time devoted to ensuring that your contractors are on time and that your project moves swiftly and efficiently

It helps it become muscle memory, and it helps me get more efficient at finding the information I need to do the analysis.
